I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years and I couldn't understand why I was not losing weight until the Lighter Woman program explained it to me. There are some simple guidelines which have helped me to effectively lose weight in a stable manner. I do not need to diet but look at portion sizes and eating slowly all the foods I love. I now really enjoy the food.

I have already lost 6 pounds in 8 weeks which I never managed to lose weight in a steady way with diets before. I feel good about myself and I have lost inches off my body as my clothes are a looser fit.

Each session makes me feel very good. I look forward to the sessions with Dawn, especially the final visualisation success movie which is always very powerful! as it gives me faith that I can achieve my goals.

The Lighter Woman approach has totally changed my relationship with food. I now don't even think about what I can't or shouldn't have eaten. I eat what I enjoy and I'm already losing inches!

The sessions are a lovely distraction from my busy day, relaxing, informal and fun. I have learnt so much in a short space of time. I would definitely recommend Lighter Woman to friends and family.

The sessions are friendly and well delivered. The learning is in bite sized chunks to help develop understanding. Its straight forward and it really works! I have loss a total of 10 inches so far and still losing. Mentally I feel so much happier in myself and my ability to eat what I want.

It has been eight weeks since I joined Lighter Woman. My relationship with food and the way I feel about myself has changed throughout the program.

Since giving birth to two children, who are now aged five and seven years old, I have attended several slimming clubs but did not achieve much.  I eventually gave up, having lost enthusiasm for those methods.

For me, the one-to-one approach offered by Lighter Woman has made all the difference. Dawn encouraged me to explore my thought process in relation to food, clothes, exercise and how I feel about how I look. Each session has been fun and relaxing, and always provided positive challenges.

Since attending Lighter Woman, I have received many compliments regarding my weight loss. Although I haven’t actually lost any weight, I have noticed that my body shape has changed and that my clothes are much more comfortable to wear.  I have realised that it’s not about what I weigh but it’s about how I look and feel about myself, which is important.  It is very encouraging to see some real and positive results at last.

"It has been 6 weeks since I joined Lighter Woman and the difference I feel between week 1 and now is truly amazing.
Over the years I have joined slimming clubs and although they worked in short term it was always due to living on a lettuce leaf. Diets make me feel listless and irritable.

Now thanks to Lighter Woman and my one to one meetings with Dawn I am making huge strides forward. My body is changing from flabby to toned. I am so happy inside myself. I feel much healthier and fitter and can walk long distances uphill without getting out of breath.

In the past I have suffered with Hiatus Hernia Reflux which was a permanent discomfort to me. Now I rarely have any symptoms at all.
Dawn has taught me do recognise when I am really hungry and when my stomach has had enough food. I don't need to starve myself to be slimmer and I can eat normal healthy meals. I can look and feel good again.

I have dropped one dress size in six weeks and I am fit and confident.
